Mike Morse Law Firm is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team! You will create social media content and plan, develop, and monitor our social media channels. You will identify platforms and strategies to increase digital brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of organic social growth and a passion for social media and creativity.

Job Description

  • Create and manage social media content driven by metrics, audience insights, and business goals
  • Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and YouTube
  • Ensure social media content aligns with all marketing channels
  • Manage daily campaigns to ensure they are achieving reach, engagement, and conversion goals
  • Communicate with followers, respond to messages in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Develop social media plans to support events and community initiatives
  • Create and manage the social media content calendar
  • Maintain monthly social media reports analyzing performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns - including outreach, monitoring of influencer deliverables, feedback, and reporting
  • Identify emerging trends in the social media space and opportunities to harness those trends to support the firm's social presence
  • Assist with content production for digital platforms, including newsletters, company website, and promotional materials

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or another related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management
  • Thorough knowledge of Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Management Platforms (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Experience working in basic graphic design platforms (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in writing, copy editing, and formatting for various outlets.
  • Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-past environment.
  • Highly organized.
  • Effective in working under deadlines, prioritizing issues, and managing concurrent assignments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and/or 3D graphic experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
